Welcome to DevGex (https://devgex.com), operated by Zhuanfou Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the site. By visiting or using DevGex you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop accessing or using the site immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of DevGex and any related services (“the Service”).
1.2 We may update the Terms from time to time. Updated versions are effective when posted on this page; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1 DevGex is a technology-information showcase and communication platform. Some content is publicly available; other content is available only to partners who have signed an agreement with us.
2.2 The site does not currently require user registration or login; we reserve the right to add or modify service features at any time.
2.3 We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you or any third party.
3. Intellectual-Property Rights
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, charts, audio, video, code and page designs on DevGex are owned by the Company and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and applicable international treaties.
3.2 You may share or quote content within “fair-use” limits provided you:
a) give full attribution (including a clickable link to the original);
b) do not distort or misrepresent the original meaning; and
c) do not use it for commercial profit.
3.3 Any other reproduction, excerpt, re-publication, mirroring, scraping, bulk-downloading or similar use requires our prior written permission.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, international conventions or public order and morals.
If we detect such activity we may, without notice, block your IP, terminate your access and/or pursue legal remedies.
5. Third-Party Services & Cookies
5.1 To improve speed and security we use Cloudflare as a CDN and firewall; this service is essential for normal operation and cannot be disabled.
5.2 We may embed Google AdSense advertisements and Google Analytics. These services place and read cookies to provide personalised ads or analytics. You may opt out of Google Analytics and AdSense features at any time via the Privacy Policy page; ads may still appear after opt-out but will no longer be interest-based.
5.3 Pages may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 All technical articles, sample code, tools and data are provided “as is” for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
6.2 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
a) accuracy, timeliness or completeness of content;
b) uninterrupted, delay-free or error-free service; or
c) losses caused by network failures, hacking, force-majeure events or third-party defects.
6.3 Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy and data security. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on information collection, use, storage, sharing and your rights. In case of conflict, the Privacy Policy prevails.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).
8.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if no settlement is reached, either party may bring litigation in the People’s Court having jurisdiction over Minhang District, Shanghai, China, where the Company is domiciled.
8.3 We reject any extraterritorial claims based on “long-arm jurisdiction” against a Chinese entity. Any foreign statute asserting long-arm jurisdiction is, in our view, an affront to international law and will not be recognised.
8.4 We respect legitimate regulatory requirements worldwide. If you represent a regulatory body, please email us official documents bearing the appropriate seal; upon verification we will, in good faith, adjust content, geoblock or otherwise cooperate as required by local rules.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions, comments or complaints about these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Service, please reach us via:
Contact-Us page: https://devgex.com/contact-us
We will endeavour to respond within 15 business days and provide courteous, high-quality support.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any other policies, guidelines or statements we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of DevGex and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
